We will be hosting dine arounds on Monday evening after the reception. “What is a dine around?” you ask. It’s a chance for you to network with your colleagues and OCLC staff outside of the traditional conference environment. Talk about the conference, talk about work, or skip the work topics altogether and just talk to each other. Whatever the topic, these dinners offer you the opportunity to learn more about your peers or get to know that person you have always seen at conferences, but never talked to.
These are pay-your-own-way dinners, so we will make sure to select reservations at a variety of restaurants to satisfy a range of dietary needs and per diems. Please use Sched to sign up for your preferred restaurant so that we can make reservations accordingly.
Transportation will be provided from the conference center to a central dropoff point within short distance of all the restaurants. After dinner, transportation will be provided from the dropoff point back to the conference center or the conference hotel. Return shuttles will at 8:15 PM, 8:45 PM, 9:15 PM, and 9:45 PM.
